Lhokseumawe is a name of a town in Aceh.It's not as big as Banda Aceh and it's also not as popular as Banda Aceh but then everytime I remember about Lhokseumawe, i feel really amazing.The past history about Lhokseumawe makes me proud for being one of Lhokseumawe's citizen.Many teenagers maybe do not care about this right now, but if we take a look for our past history, it'll make us aware about our own original place.This is really important, exactly, no more contradiction in it.
I'll tell you a little story of Lhokseumawe.In the past, there was a really famous empire in Aceh that called Samudra Pasai.That was the first islamic empire in Indonesia.
Lhokseumawe, back then, was really important for Samudra Pasai because Lhokseumawe was commerce traffic.Lhokseumawe had a big role for Samudra Pasai in particular and for Aceh generally.Knowing the fact of Lhokseumawe, now It makes me love Lhokseumawe in a different way.I belive that we've to appreciate our original place, proud of it, and love it in the good way.
